Our refund and returns policy is plainly all sales are final, as is where is. Items should be fully inspected upon purchase to ensure all parties recognize the condition of the item. This applies to incidents when items may be noticeably scratched or have imperfections. For any cases involving delivery, if something is damaged upon loading, during transit, or during unloading, the customer accepts full responsibility.
